IT’S REALLY NOT THAT BAD BY JASEN SOUSA

IT’S REALLY NOT THAT BAD

Times are tough,
walking up and down the street,
had enough.

There is never enough happiness
always plenty of pain,
not enough sunshine,
rivers flood by rain.

It is only part of the test,
an examination of sorts
to see whom can handle it the best.

Drugs serve as the temptation
to pass, try not to cheat.
Handling problems with a clear head
is life’s biggest feat.
