I Am Not Your Typical Vegan

I have been a vegetarian for a number of years and recently transitioned into being a vegan. In this section I will list some of my favorite food products, recipes, and benefits I believe come along with adopting a plant based diet.



 
 
 
 
 
I really enjoy these Vega non-dairy packets.  Great for an after-workout supplement, or for a quick breakfast.
